What is a crypto wallet?

2 min read
In short

A crypto wallet holds the keys that control your coins on the blockchain. When you log in to ArkhamPad with Google, email or X, a secure wallet is created for your account, so you don't have to install anything.

Keys, not coins

Coins stay on the blockchain. The wallet holds the key that lets you move them. Whoever has the key controls the coins.

Your ArkhamPad wallet

It's created when you first log in and is tied to that login. You can also connect a wallet you already use, such as MetaMask.

Keep your login safe

Your login protects your wallet. Turn on two-factor authentication with your email or Google account.

FAQ

Can ArkhamPad move my coins without me?

No. Trades and withdrawals only happen when you approve them, and automatic orders only run because you set them up.
