You don't need an app store. Add the site to your home screen and it opens full screen like an app, and you can get push alerts on your phone.

Open arkhampad.com in Safari, tap the Share button, then tap Add to Home Screen.

Open arkhampad.com in Chrome, tap the menu, then tap Add to Home screen or Install app. ArkhamPad also shows a prompt you can tap.
