We never ask for your seed phrase or password, and we never send the first message. Only use arkhampad.com and turn on the strongest login your provider offers.
Common scams
Fake support accounts, look-alike websites and messages promising free coins. If someone asks for your seed phrase, it is a scam.
Protect your login
Use Google or email with two-factor authentication, and keep your own wallet's recovery phrase offline.
